Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection
Under-bridge, parapet and bearing inspections using rope access and confined space entry.
Scaffold under a bridge deck blocks traffic for weeks. Our rope access bridge inspectors descend piers, traverse soffits, and enter bearing chambers to record crack mapping, corrosion surveys, and drainage condition. We work for local authorities, rail operators, and private asset owners across Scotland.
/ Key Benefits
No lane closures or scaffold decks over roads or railways
Structural engineers qualified in rope access and confined space
High-definition soffit photography and crack monitoring installation
Compliant with BD 63/17 and Network Authority standards
/ Frequently Asked
Can you install monitoring equipment?
Yes. We install crack monitors, strain gauges, and corrosion probes at height and in bearing chambers, then link them to your asset management dashboard.
Do you work on rail infrastructure?
We hold PTS (Personal Track Safety) and can coordinate possessions through your infrastructure manager. Rope access is ideal for overline bridge soffits where scaffold would foul the OLE.
